Business Manager, Castle Partnership Managing Partner, Fleggburgh Surgery

Caitlin has been employed as a Practice Business Manager for nearly three years and became a Managing Partner in 2023. She has around 12 years’ experience in General Practice in varying roles including as a Medical Secretary, Receptionist, and an Administrator. During the Covid Pandemic Caitlin was a Vaccine Programme Manager for Norfolk & Waveney CCG (now ICB) and assisted in the creation of a new vaccination site in North Norfolk to reach rural communities whilst also leading a programme pilot to vaccinate the most vulnerable patients in their own homes.

Caitlin has an academic background in law having gained a law degree from Anglia Law School and has subsequently received post graduate diplomas in Advanced Primary Management and Healthcare Business Finance from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and shortly will be completing a final Diploma with Nottingham University to achieve an MBA in Health.

Her main areas of interest are transformational leadership, improving staff morale and improving efficiencies by utilising digital processes as well as ensuring patient centred care is at the forefront of everything she does.
